Learning to Disrupt before you are Disrupted

September 29, 2015 – Webinar

10:00 Pacific Time / 13:00 Eastern Time / 19:00 Central European Time

Exponential technologies are disrupting industries and setting the stage for a new Golden Age in entrepreneurship. But while these developments are exciting for entrepreneurs and venture capitalists, they pose very serious challenges for leaders of mature firms. Many of these firms are stuck with legacy assets, business models and technologies. They are vulnerable to merciless disruption by new entrants leveraging new technologies and more capital-efficient business models.

In this webinar we will discuss how mature firms evolved into the pyramid shape they have today and how leaders can reshape them to retain innovative employees and build disruptive businesses.

You will learn about:

  • how exponential technologies sneak up on mature firms
  • how exponential technologies affect organizational structure
  • why traditional Lean as well as Lean Startup are insufficient to handle exponential changes
  • key characteristics of the emerging Post-Lean Era
  • specific innovation strategies for building disruptive ventures
  • Value Stacks™, a powerful way to discover the “food chain” in your industry

Participants will receive a copy of our e-book on
Value Creation for Mature Firms in the Post-Lean Era
and a newsletter subscription with new research, tools and events.
